What is Colour Energy ?
Sunlight is our main source of light, heat, and energy. Sunlight sustains all life on our planet. Sunlight consists of energies in the form of electromagnetic waves that include cosmic rays, gamma rays, x-rays, visible light rays (colour), infrared rays, microwaves, and radio waves.
Light rays consist of the seven colour energies -
Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo Violet
Colour and light are inseparable. Each colour has a different wavelength and vibrational frequency, which affects us differently. Red has the longest wavelength and the slowest vibrational frequency which we recognize as warm and stimulating. Violet has the shortest wavelength and the fastest frequency which we recognize as cool and calming.
We receive light and colour information through our eyes which stimulates the retina and its cells. These colour impulses travel through the optic nerve to the visual cortex via the pituitary, triggering other glands and hormone secretions to various parts of the body.
Many body functions are stimulated or retarded by light and the different colours of light. Light and its colours physically affect our glands and hormones hence light and colour also has a marked influence on our moods and feelings.
Cells communicate through a sophisticated language of colour and light (Biophotons). By using the language of colour at a molecular level balance can be restored to cells within the body.

The total numerical value represents both the positive and negative qualities of that colour. Each colour is assigned a number in a graduating scale. If you have all the colours showing between 18-12 (from the top down) then you are very conscious of whom you are. If you have every colour under 10 points then this indicates you have a limited awareness of yourself. If you have a big number spread from the top value to the lowest value, an imbalance in your system is indicated.
